My very adorable niece Emmaline decided to write me a song and have here mom deliver it for her. now, these may or may not be real song notes but of course i would never know because i can't read music, so i will just pretend that it is a masterpiece. I need to step up my songwriting game fast or i am going to be surpassed by everyone.

Mike (the ladies man) Garner

There are a couple things that i need to figure out. one is how our Friend Mike Garner got to hang out with Madonna, and two, why he doesn't cut Bob's (his dog) hair. Does Marissa know you have been chilling with Madonna Mike? if not i am soo telling her

Sad Songs

So, most people hate sad songs because they make them feel....well sad. i am the opposite, not that they make me feel happy by any means, but i think that sad songs are the greatest songs written because they are the most emotional, and i tend to like sad songs the best, so that makes me happy. here are a few great ones that are fairly new and that i am sure none of you have heard of.

Hover Board

i think it is time i get one of these. if they work like the ones i dreamed about in "Back to the Future" 2 than it is time for the world to get on the hover board trend. screw these skateboards and long boards . its hover time.

California here we come

yesterday could have been the longest day of my life. i went to California over the weekend with a couple friends to master their record that they are about to release (Paul Jacobsen and The Madison Arm). we drove down Saturday morning and stayed at my friend Scott's parent's place in Pasadena, which is beautiful i might add. the trip was great but on Monday after the album was mastered at 6pm, we decided to drive all the way home. now, for anyone that doesn't know what mastering is i will spare you the geek speak and just say that it involves sitting in a room watching a guy turn knobs for around 8 hours. that being said, the 8 hours of sitting in the mastering studio was then followed by another 10 hours of sitting in the car on the way back home. i rolled into Utah at 6am and was the only one that didn't sleep on the car ride back, so needless to say i am sorta tired today

here are some random pics of the trip
